Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki chicken
From: My friend, Nicole

1/2 C soy sauce
1 C brown sugar
1/3 C water
1 t ginger
1 T garlic
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Mix first 5 ingredients and pour over chicken breasts in baking dish. Bake covered 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve with fresh cut pineapple, vegetables, and rice.
