Hawaiian Haystacks
2 (10 ¾ oz) cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups diced chicken, cooked
1cup chicken broth
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup grated cheese
1 can chow mien noodles
½ cup slivered almonds
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
½ cup coconut
1 can olives, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
Combine soup and broth in a saucepan to make gravy. Stir to blend and simmer about 8-10 minutes, until heated through. Layer all ingredients. First stack rice, chow mien noodles, chicken, and gravy. Add other ingredients as desired.
