We'll be in the process of remodeling our kitchen for the next two months...so I'm in a desperate need for recipes that can be made in the crock pot, microwave, stove top, or grill since I'll be without my wall oven. Thanks for any suggestions you can give :)

I highly recommend the fix it and forget it crock pot cookbook. I LOVE the recipes in there and very easy REAL recipes. We do a lot of grilling and crock pot cooking in the summer here because it's so hot.
Check out this website: http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/. I have also put pizzas on the grill. I haven't tried it, but would think you could use your grill as an oven for casseroles and such.
I honestly don't know how you are going to survive. We had a builder here on Friday to build shelves and desks in our office. By the end of the day, everything was a mess and we went out for dinner. Thank goodness it only took one day!
Here are my two favorite crockpot meals. People in our ward have typed them for me. So I will just copy the link.

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts were $1.25 a pound the other day so we are eating alot of it.
