Another recipe from a blogger on the fitness blog. I thought it was quite tasty...my three year old agreed. My older two thought it used too much garlic (but that's what I liked about it :) so next time I'll use a bit less garlic for them :)
3/4 cup milk
2 TBL flour
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp garlic (I minced a garlic clove)
3 tsp minced onion (I chopped an onion)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
Blend in blender or processor until creamy. Cook for 10 mintues on LOW until thickened. Serve over pasta.
