Brown 1 lb hamburger. Drain grease.
Add taco seasoning with about ¼ cup water (although I actually PREFER to just use about 1/2 cup or more of salsa rather than taco seasoning). Let simmer for 5 minutes. Place a spoonful of meat on a taco shell or
tortilla and add other toppings as desired. Topping suggestions: lettuce, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, beans, peppers, pico de gallo.
Can substitute diced or shredded chicken for hamburger.
